The company has an HSE office and environmental protection department, a sound three-level network for environmental management, a perfect three-level energy measurement network, and regular inspections and rectification of environmental hazards; Relying on technological strength, continuously improving environmental quality.
The company has formulated the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Procedure", "Wastewater Pollution Prevention and Control Procedure", "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Procedure", "Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Procedure", "Environmental Protection Management System", and "Energy Management System".
The company established an environmental management system in 2003 in accordance with GB/T24001 "Environmental Management Systems - Specifications and Guidelines for Use" and passed certification in 2004. In 2008, the company implemented a three-in-one integrated system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management, and passed the three-in-one system certification in the same year.

Responsible care:

In 2007, the company attended the 2007 China "Responsible Care" Promotion Conference held in Shanghai and signed a commitment letter to become a pilot enterprise in the chemical and petroleum industry. In 2008, the company established a responsible care leadership group, with the general manager serving as the team leader, to comprehensively promote responsible care. In 2011, the company successfully joined the Responsibility Care Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
